HL series programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine is used to test the performance of materials in various environments and test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance of various materials. It is suitable for testing the quality of products such as electronics, electrical appliances, communications, instruments, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, medical treatment, and aerospace.
Feature
◆Appearance: High-quality appearance, the body adopts a circular arc shape, the surface is treated with matte stripes, and a flat non-reactional handle is used, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
◆Observation window: rectangular multi-layer glass viewing window, which can be used for observation of the test product in the test. The window is equipped with a sweat-proof electric heater device to prevent condensation and water droplets, and a high-brightness PL fluorescent lamp maintains the lighting in the box.
◆Water supply system: It has an external water supply system, which is convenient for supplementing the water supply of the humidifying barrel and automatically recycles it for use.
◆Compressor: The compressor cycle system adopts the French "Taikang" brand, which can effectively remove the lubricating oil between the condenser tube and the capillary tube and the whole series adopts environmentally friendly cold coal (R404, 507)
◆ Control mode: adopt smart PID + SSR / SCR forward and inverse two-way synchronization output, containing advanced slope of the control logic.
◆Controller: It has multi-segment program editing and temperature and humidity can be controlled quickly (OUICK) or slope (SLOP).
◆System capacity: 150 groups of programs × 1500 segments can be logged in, the number of segments can be divided arbitrarily, and the programs can be connected to each other freely.
◆Cycle setting: 9999×999 cycles can be executed, and 5 independent partial cycles can be cut out.
◆Time signal: 3 sets of timing control output interfaces, with 10 timing control modes, to facilitate the execution of external drive components start/stop timing planning.
◆Safety inspection: 15 full-featured system inspections to ensure the safe operation of the machine. Failure time, items and troubleshooting measures can be automatically displayed.
