And Shanghai Zhanbo Molding Co., Ltd., Covers an area over 6000 square meters and has more than 200 working staff, among them 25 were high technicians. We have 3 large and medium-sized CNC Machine center and many other machine tools, both the processing equipments and technology were in a leading position in the thermoforming industry in China.
In order to introduce the concept of turn-key project to customers and take our 15 years’ of experience and understanding of Vacuum forming equipments and technology, we also provide the service of developing and producing the molds according to customer’s products. The most popular molds products were Positive and Negative Vacuum forming molds and thick sheet vacuum forming molds, and with the rapid growth of the business, the annual output value even overpass 1.8 million US Dollars , Succeed finishing our target smoothly in 2014. Every set of mold must be installed on the machines and deb ed by our Technical department, thus quality can be guaranteed.
Our Suzhou Green Sea New Material Co., Ltd could provide various sheet materials such as HDPE\ABS\PP etc. to you, and the thickness ranges from 2 mm to 12mm, the output could reach 200-250 Ton every month according to the thickness of the sheet. Our Sheet products won high reputation for high tensile strength and easy for vacuum forming.
