Processing components adopt the world-class equipment such as YASDA,MITSUI SEIKI,TOSHIBA ,ELB to realize the clamping process at one time .To ensure the equipment foundation components high precision , the precision can reach micron grade . Non-grinding time is largely shortened, equipped with double-position worktable and automatic loading and unloading system(optional), as a result, the production efficiency is largely improved with the processing time between 10 to15 seconds. 3. Safety operation rules :
Check whether the transmission part and operating handle are normal and sensitive before starting the machine . Make sure the lubricating oil is enough ,according to the maintenance requirement . Observe the workings at the first 3-5 minutes after starting the grinding machine ,to make sure the grinding wheel should be 3-5mm away from the workpiece . Confirm the lubrication cooling system and each functioning correctly before grinding operations . Pay attention to the temperature and sound of the movement parts when the grinding machine is working . Surface grinding machine grinding feed should be gradually from small to big , not at once in case of broken wheel .
