Characteristics of DK77120 cnc wire edm machine
Cnc wire edm machine integrates machine tool electrical appliances, high-frequency power supply, servo control and graphic programming, realizes high efficiency, high precision, high finish and simple processing control, and greatly improves the processing level of fast wire cutting machine tool. The machine tool adopts frequency converter flexible commutation, which can arbitrarily adjust the speed of wire conveying drum, so as to improve the workpiece finish.
High efficiency (cutting efficiency can reach 7000-8000 mm²/h) which twice the cutting efficiency of ordinary machine tools. Energy saving (machine tools consumption is 0.85 kwh) which 50% more energy-saving than ordinary machine tools. Environmental protection (the environmental protection water cover of the machine tool prevents the splashing of working fluid. Adopts high-pressure filter water tank, the working fluid can be replaced once every 30 working days, which greatly improves the working time and reduces the times of sewage discharge. All the electrical parts of the machine tool are installed in the control cabinet for waterproof treatment, and all the oil supply is integrated with the manual pressure oil pump.
