Theaflavin (TF) and its derivatives, known collectively as theaflavins, are antioxidant polyphenols that are formed from the condensation of flavan-3-ols in tea leaves during the enzymatic oxidation (fermentation) of black tea.
Theaflavin-3-gallate, theaflavin-3'-gallate, theaflavin-3-3'-digallate are the principle of theaflavins. Theaflavins are types of thearubigins, and are therefore reddish in color. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) will metabolize into some theaflavins in the liver.
What is Black Tea Extract Theaflavines?
Theaflavins are a group of molecules that are created from Green Tea Catechins when heat treatment damages the catechin molecule and they begin to resynthesize in various configurations; Theaflavins are the product of two catechin molecules binding together on the C ring, and similar to catechins can come in various gallated forms (whether there is gallic acid molecules bound to them or not).
Main functions of Black Tea Extract Theaflavine:
1. Prevent and Cure all kinds of tumor&Cancer
2. Regulate blood fat, anti-atherosclerosis
3. Anti-biosis, eliminate inflammation, Anti-Virus
4. Anti-oxidant effectively
