Milk Powder 26 CP (Spray fat filled milk powder for food preparation)
This ingredient is generated by dehydrating a blend of skimmed milk and milk components and emulsified copra oil. The Process ensure the product's good dispersion and solubility.
The Milk Powder 26 CP can partially or totally replace full-cream milk powder in food applications. It helps increase the functional and organoleptic properties in the finished product while significantly reducing cost.
This product can be used in its powder or reconstituted form (reconstitution : 0.9 liter of water for 130g).
Fluid powder, white to yellow colour, typical dairy smell and taste.
