Features
1.Strong welded square steel tube structure as a whole with vibration temper aging treatment ensures no deformation for long time.Cast iron Gantry, the structure is strong and stable.
2. Large power 5.5kw water cooling spindle which is with stable performance, lower noise, powerful and high torque, matched with high-performance frequency inverter.
3. Vacuum adsorption system with 7.5kw air cooling vacuum pump, vacuum table which is divided into 6 zones,also with aluminum alloy T slot, can adsorb different size materiel from small to big, , saving materials load-unloaded time.
4. imported Hiwin, Taiwan Linear square guide rail with ball bearing slide block which ensure high weight capacity, high precision, smooth and steady running. Adopt imported precision ball screws, tools feeded with more accuracy.
5. Helical gears pinion and rack transmission for X and Y axis, higher running speed and efficiency, saving cost. Z- axis with precision ball screw, high precision and more durable.
6. China Leadshine hybrid servo motor 863HSM80H-E1 and driver H2-2206 for XYZ-axis, high precision, fast speed and more stable.
7. Original Weihong PCI NcStudio controller with handhwheel, working with desktop computer, showing the processing path and estimate the processing time, compared with the copy PCI NcStudio has the feastures of high positioning/process precsion, can adjust spindle speed in any RPM, no error after break points/power failure back to work, and lower working noise.
8. Stainless steel water slot cooling system with water mist cooling, ensuring the cooling for the metal & hard materials.
9.Auto lubrication system more convenient for maintenance.
10 .Auto tool calibration, more convenient for each time Z-axis 0 point setting.
11. Dust collector 5.5kw double bags, sucking the dust, saw dust, milling dust, keeping the machine clearning.
